Therapy & Mental Health

Mental Health

Seeking support and guidance is a common part of being human and is sometimes needed to overcome difficulties. We aim to provide a confidential, professional and welcoming service that is paired with a non-judgemental, containing environment where trust and compassion can be valued and developed.

Sutton Coldfield Counselling is aimed at adults and adolescents. Whether the purpose of therapy is learning more about yourself and your circumstances through personal discovery, gaining strategies to help with change or a different intention entirely, we can work collaboratively towards experiencing wellbeing. Online Therapy

With much research over the last couple of years during lockdown, online therapy has been shown to be a viable, alternative option to in-person therapy due to its convenience, safety and time-saving aspects.

It is possible to book online sessions or telephone sessions if this is your preferred way of accessing therapy.

Those who do not live within the geographical area but would like to benefit from the expertise of the Psychologists within Sutton Coldfield Counselling are also very welcome to book online appointments. Please do send an enquiry if you are located outside of the UK.

If booking online, please select the 'online session' at the time of booking and a zoom appointment link will automatically be sent to you.
